`funny`......

I have been waiting patiently to get one for my daughters Xmas prezzie. ragging none, anywhere.

We are kind of stuck - cos the missus has the High Street Vouchers from Park Hampers - so only Woolies, Argos, Comet, etc will do.

Game had them the other day in Ellesmere Port. Maybe one of the scouse towns as they only nick em there.

got mine three months back from woolies

bit peeved when the slimline came out

sitting pretty now

have heard the slimline developed a fault - lesson there for all you skinny bastards - which is why supplies were halted

Casino - have you had yours chipped to play copies - or are you keeping on the right side of the law?

And, how easy are copied games to come by?

(Does PCPlay on Deane Road still chip PS2s?)

no i haven't and i wouldn't bother

homo has a better alternative

homo, whats that site with the 'chipping' discs on?

games are very easy to obtain, but not as christmas presents, eh?

Kids don't know the difference between originals and copies. The way I find CDs, playstation games, etc tossed in drawers, under beds, etc, I would be mightily pissed off if I had forked out ??40 per game, or ??10 per music CD.

As for Xmas prezzies - naah, I cannot afford to get it chipped in time - plus I don't want to have the warranty void.

if homo posts the link up, you don't need to chip it, the warranty won't be void, and its cheaper than chipping :D

You can get them chipped at bowlers computer fair (or you could last time i went)

Does ones PS2 need to be chipped to buy from here?

no, you can still buy from them, it just wont work.

I take it you've used these?

6 quid per disc...not bad!

sorry mate, only read your post this morning, dont go ont internet after 5pm like you geeks

canny fuckin remember the site anyway ](*,)

Just been told virgin megastores online have some ps2's

Not checked it so i dont know if it right

I bought a slimline PS2 a while ago from Tesco for the kids.

Am i right in assuming that it will not play "copy" games as i am waiting for some of my work colleagues to return from China with a bucket load which cost less than ??1 each.

Can someone let me know.

Thanks You.
