It wasn’t the money spinner I suspect they’d thought it would be and they couldn’t possibly be accused of being shortsighted in any possible way. It has caused a lot of trouble on the fact they’d put separate communities right next to each other with Hungarians being the main challenge as they seem to hate almost all their neighbours.
