swp is a great player imo, gets a raw deal a chelski which aint helpin him develop as a player... carrick is the best play-making, 'sitting' midfielder we have in this country... but i dont think you should play with that kind of player unless you play with 3 in the middle...

totally agree, barratt will knock silly money off house's they cant shift... not long a ago i was offered over 30% off a house, but it was still out of our price range... redrow, on the other hand, will give you a rear turfed garden at a push...
