Nearly every 11/12 year old has social media in some way. They assume WhatsApp is fully encrypted, they allow tiktok to access microphones and cameras when open amd they have no idea how to conduct themselves. It's terrifying. That added to the cancel culture esque googling of people via through dedicated search apps and there's going to be a plethora of kids who can't get on courses or jobs because of a post made 15 years ago.

8 weeks into my weight loss journey. Joined a local gym, it's like the gym from Dodgeball and i love it! I'm still fluctuating around the 130kgs mark, but i'm happy with progression. I can run a mile now at 6.5mph whatever that is! Think that means, i'm never going to be doing long distance running and can walk all day.. Managed a 26km walk in just under 5 hours, that included heading up to the pike from the bottom barn.. I'm skinnier, although still with some fat areas, but my arms, shoulders, back, pecks and legs look immense! I've been measuring to try and keep track. Biceps 19 inch Calves 19 inch Thighs 28 inch waist 40 inch Neck 17.5 inch Chest 50 inch forearms 15 inch Weights wise, i've just hit the "1000lbs" club with Deadlift 200kg, Bench Press 100kg and Squat 160kgs, next target is 600ks.. But despite all that, I still look in the mirror and see a belly !

I found step one didnt work with my chub rub, even the sports one. Kula are very good and the seams are in decent places. You can also try either lanacane anti friction. He's a American devout Christian. He's right sided but I wouldn't say right wing. He was an extremely clever man and could out debate pretty much anyone who dared to speak with him, so used that as his thing to be like a viral influencer. He'd hold debates and ask people to try and win their argument. Inevitably these were normally taken up by left minded folk or left side extremists who wanted to be "the one" that outsmarted him. Inevitably people became upset and outraged and couldn't handle that after a while people began to agree with him. For reference I've never once seen him spout any real hatred, or been aggressive.. in fact on most the polar opposite
