How is that Reform policy even remotely workable? Populist nonsense out the Trump playbook.
Notice that Labour wasn't mentioned once in that policy. Greens are the opposition now.
I'm fine with giving them 5K in an inconsequential league game where we keep 95% of the revenue; when we get 25% of it such as in these sudden-death playoffs, what's really the motivation to give more than the minimum to away fans?
They've been on their arse since Covid, it's not particularly Labour's fault, this (although they've not exactly been helped)
As @gonzo said they're focusing on hotels not pubs.
I do understand it, just think there's too much of an overreaction today, but there always seemingly is when we don't win - it's just tiring.
I suppose we'll see over the next 2 weeks either way.
We've done well in most of the games under 'pressure' this season?
Today's (well, yesterday) had fuck all riding on it really.
Honestly, I fear for people's mental health if there's such a meltdown after a fairly inconsequential end of season match. It might be the ale talking, but still.
Both teams will get minimum allocations in the worst parts; it makes neither financial nor, let's say psychological, sense to give them any more in the playoffs.
