I disagree that has been hung out to dry; he has been suppored bt the board to the sum of £6m. Much of this has been poorly invested in flops such as Vic and seemingly McAtee. Several players of a similar ilk that are weak, physically and maybe mentally too. However, to see their employee consistaly fail and thereby tarnish their own credibility, is bizarre, divisive and possibly nieve? But he's not been hung out to dry.

How do the convos go with the owners in recent months?! Beggars belief. I disagree with selling dc off cheap to a team that will finish above us? Why dc hasn't had more game time, when Victor starts ahead of him is mindnumbing. Big Vic couldn't lace Charles boots. The timing is bizarre, and I really hope we have coordinated proceedings so as to get a replacement before weekend, otherwise yet another shambolic turn of events. I've said for a few weeks now, that I'm more annoyed with the owners than evatt. What's going on??

I'm not and never will be. But the growing strength of anti evatt feeling, leads me to suspect that there maybe a few fans who will show their dissatisfaction towards Evatt on Saturday, manifested in own made banners etc...

I'm of this opinion too. I've been patient but I'm done with evatt. There are so many reasons and times in the last 10 months to bin him off. When I was told about him selling dapo for £500k and spending it on Victor I felt bilious. He has an awful record in recent transfer windows, has spent £6m in his tenure and made us worse.

I was reminded today that Ian evatt got £500k for dapo and spent it on Victor.

Wow. Stark reality when listed that way! So many similar, light weight. Flat track bullies there.

Emotions are raw after yet another unfavourable result but I can't see us signing anyone now that will make much difference. They are all evatts choices and we are worse because of that. Randall is prime example of that. Wasting yet more money is hurting our club.

I agree that he is our only striker with "physicality" as his main purpose and that adds to my anxiety/frustration. I also agree that McAtee has been a disappointment, when he first came here, I really expected more. There are very few giving him credit and rightly so. I want HIM, to change my mind.

What is he good at, or better at than any other player at, in your opinion.

Are you his agent? What does he do well? An honest hard working pro 👏 All about opinions, but he wouldn't trouble many div 2 defences.

To honestly answer your question; he's masquerades as a footballer. And my club is paying him, too much, to do that. IE has had the club spend money to buy him in the first place and he duly feels obligated to give him every chance to show what he can do. And Victor just convinces me more, each time I watch him, that he is good at no element of what makes a player. We are now stuck with him like a white elephant and that annoys me. That's what he's done to me. 😤

Can't imagine the scenario where someone pays for Vic. That's a huge task.

Therkelsen on utube. Strong forward runs from his own half, left right and centre, tries to stay on his feet. Seems a handful. Don't know the level he plays at but looks like plastic pitches.

I belive that IE tried to sign Randall last year. That obv failed and he has since fallen out of favour at posh and I remember him having a strop a few months ago, not wanting to play? If we sign him now, and it looks likely, it reaks of IE stubbornly getting his own way. This seems like more of the same style of player that we already possess. And not the strong, dominant ones that we need. IE credibility has sunk in the opinion of many fans, so it's a stretch to get too excited about this one.
