  1. Skysports.com understands Bolton are among a host of clubs chasing Nottingham Forest striker Nathan Tyson. Tyson has impressed this season in League Two and he has notched seven goals so far this term. His performances have attracted the interest of a plethora of teams with Forest boss Colin Calderwood recently admitting scouts have been taking in a number of their games in recent weeks. Bolton, along with West Brom, Queens Park Rangers and Bristol City, are all thought to be tracking Tyson and all clubs had representatives watch the former Reading trainee in action against Brighton last Friday, when he scored two goals. Gary Megson, who has also been linked with the forward's team-mate Kris Commons, is believed to be a big admirer of Tyson and is considering making a move for the player when the transfer window reopens. Forest are keen to keep hold of the former Wycombe hit-man as they bid to win promotion from League One, but they know they could face a fight to keep him if they receive a big offer for his services. another ricketts??
  2. saha aint worth 9m and thats what it will need to add up to . be better letting him go for 6m and not get saddled with a player who misses more than he plays as for diouf cant see newcastle risking signing him in case they sack allardyce

  9. seems he didnt leave on best terms !!!!!!!!! (Reply) but he s very selfish and arrogantly he wont be a key player or a first team player in bolton, no hes a rotation or 2nd choice player... stupid player/s . who think the r good in the swiss league then they re it also in other leagues... kuzmanovic, degen and also the BLERIM wont be happy there. the only 1 who is good enough is petric at the moment and probably raffael .... but u Blerim are a fully bastard and not very intelligent ! this from youtube!!
  10. Nicolas Anelka is enjoying life at Bolton despite recent speculation linking him with a move away from the Reebok Stadium. It had been reported that the French striker could be heading to Chelsea in the January transfer window, but everyone at Bolton is keen for him to stay. Anelka scored his ninth of the season against Wigan on Sunday, and his eight goals in the league equate to half of Bolton's total tally. His value to the club is obvious, and Gary Megson has publicly stated his desire to keep the striker at the Reebok. Now Anelka himself has declared his intentions to remain with the club that gave him the opportunity to return to English football after an unhappy 18 months with Fenerbahce in Turkey. LETS HOPE !! Good understanding "I am happy here," he said. "It is nice for me because there is a good understanding in the dressing room. "I will never forget what Bolton have done for me because they gave me the chance to come back to England and play football here." Anelka also praised the impact that Megson has had in his short time with the club. "Since the new manager came in, we have become much more compact," he said. "We have started to keep clean sheets again, which is important, and maybe we are getting back to the situation where no-one likes to play Bolton
