Reading in the local Notts events magazine, Tinie Tempah is playing here soon (not my bag, but anyway) but tickets arent going on sale. The only way to get a ticket is to give 4 hours of your time to a local community project. Had a look on the website and there's about 7 or 8 choices to sign up for, things like helping paint a local youth club or tidying up a garden at a school etc. I like that!

He still seems to not grasp what the point of NATO was/is though. He seems to believe its some sort of military jamboree that you can call on to take on a bombing tour around the world anytime he asks for it.

Starting to see quite a lot of accounts suggesting there has been a lot of damage caused to US bases across the middle east, far more than has been acknowledged with tankers and AWACS planes destroyed on on the ground. Trump seemed to let slip last night that the carrier which had supposedly just had a fire in the laundry room putting it out of action, had actually been attacked by a drone swarm. Quite a wake up call this after decades of bases and carriers being seemingly impossible to attack.

So yeah @Leyther_Matt moments after I saw you after the game, the taxi I'd booked showed up (already 15 minutes late) and tried to mount a kerb that was way too steep for it. Wrecked its bumper and twisted it into the front tyre so it couldn't drive anymore. Then I booked an uber instead, which tried a short cut that failed and put us into a huge traffic jam. Which meant I missed the only train out of Stoke that would get me to the arena on time to watch Peter Kay, and ended up missing the first 45 minutes of it. Some day. Oh yeah btw, there's village clubs that have a better bar set up than Port Vale do.

Have you seen all these rumours that BN is actually dead, and all these recent videos of him are AI? I watched that one of him tonight and thought oh right fair enough hes alive. But no, the e-sleuths have already picked out a few weird looking details. What a world we live in now.
