Just saw the interview and he comes across really well, love his views on how to play and he just seems really likable as well. First target would be get in the playoffs, then consolidate that position, then look to kick on to 3rd or 4th for the home leg advantage, if he can do that and entertain then that's a success. Top 2 is just too far away. Not sure I've come to terms with the Wanderers boss being a decade younger than me.

Never had over 50% possession in a game so the wins don't actually count, shame as he seems a good bloke.

I remember being at Wembley, would be either League Cup or Play Offs under Rioch, and Darby was under the stands with the rest of the fans. Some prick was giving him dogs abuse and got shouted down by some other fans "leave the lad alone, he's a wanderer". One of the reasons I'm so happy he got to manage the side to a win, he always gave his all and it's great to see him acclaimed in this way now, he's one of our own.

Can't think of any on here. Some still hold a little hope that he may still turn it around but most of us have (reluctantly?) accepted that is highly unlikely. If you're talking about people like me then I just don't see the point of ranting and raving; writing essays about tactics; and saying they wanted him out 18 months ago. There is really nothing we can do realistically no matter what people like @Zog1 believe, so we hope for the best and try to keep our blood pressure down.
