The only number he did on us was get Maghoma taken out in the first three mins. Evatt had been worked out 6 months before Oxford. Two players having exceptional games [Murphy and Rodrigues] Won them that game. Yes the same Rodrigues who ran the show tonight.

Yes i think it paid off because we simply replaced quality with average tonight. TuTu clearly thrives when ACD plays as did Gale who had more time on the ball due to ACD targeted. Kenny stretched Stevenage and they could not cope with him, but it was Rodrigues who was the stand out player alongside ACD. Thought Johnston did ok at full back and cut all that tippy tappy out....Toal lacked conviction as did Firino unusually. A point at home Saturday should just about do it but lets end any chance Huddersfield have got of reaching the play-offs then wrap ACD in cotton wool until the play-offs Well done SS tonight

Guilty as charged on both counts....He is decent at this level and certainly has that nasty streak, but you do not want to see that side from him if he is on your team.

It seems he has settled for playing a back four with a winger/wingback at right back and a centre back at left back and only two in midfield two wingers despite one being woefully out of form..........Brave by SS, but i do not think he is helping himself by being so rigid.......Will know around half nine

Well i am astounded he thinks that because we have no true full backs at the club to play a 4 at the back and Gale,Apter,Cissoko, Tutu, Gomes have been very inconsistent all season and ACD and Blackett-Taylor the only two showing any kind of consistancy before both getting bad injuries

If we dont go up in May just like i rate Ng at Right full back who is one of Cardiffs better players but out of contract in June Tonight Stevenage have Dan Phillips central midfielder who is also out of contract come June. He kicked everything that moved when we played them down there earlier in the season. Another i would be happy to go for in the summer

Some players are not naturally gifted at football two in our squad that come into mind are Johnston and Erhahon but what sets them apart from more natural players are that they have a winning mentality, be it football or Monopoly with the family when all they want to do is beat their ten year olds. Asking these players to hold back in anything in life is not going to get through to them

Awful team, one shot on target Saturday against Bradford enough to get 3 points. They play for throw ins nothing more. Keeper will be down two or three times. Every throw in is taken by the centre half Goode so in effect they are taking about one min a throw. Reid is the only player Goode aims for they will sit back and block foul claim anything Not one for the purists

He pulled out of the last three tournaments so that he could use a little known benefit of being the reigning Masters champion. It allowed him to play the course if and when he wants. He basically played it every day for a month leading up to the Masters. Some would call it a cheat code while others would say it innovative

On a side note Perry Ng is out of contract at Cardiff this summer he is exactly the player who would solve our right back problem

Some interesting comments,some i agree with others way over the top. I looked at the team yesterday morning and knew we would be in for a hard day. Though i also thought that when i looked at the team v Plymouth. What is certain SS does not help himself with the continuous use of wingers over midfielders away. Our defence is not good enough to gain promotion and that is down to SS. I never rated Cogley and Christie was only ever going to be a bit part player this season, but this should have been Addressed the min Cogley was sent to Stockport. On the other side Conway plays well as a wing/back but is no left back. I hope Firino was carrying a knock or was one of those sick. SS does not get a free hit for yesterday, but at times team selection tactics etc are very limited when injuries and sickness ruin your weeks work

Hull have a chance in reaching the Premier league in May. Burstow like Kenny may well end up doing the rounds on loan the next few seasons

If we kick off next Aug and we are still in lge1 i will expect at least one of the two to be in the line-up. This does also apply to players who are out of contract if we go into the Championship i can see all moving on. Nope i have only the figures put out at the time. You seem to think we have no money are you in the know?? Kenny is someone who is on a long contract with no or very little chance of him playing for Celtic. No idea what Celtic value Kenny at, but it will be either very low or they loan him out next season and the two seasons after that....Not the lads fault but he is in limbo and i think returning to us will be about the best offer he gets.

you cannot have it both ways like i said Burstow was not disclosed. We refused to pay 1m for Kenny in the Summer I would expect Celtic to take less now than in the summer. If we have not got the money we walk away. We have pissed enough money the last few years to carry on repeating the same mistakes

We paid 1.5m for Randall, 1.2 for Mcatee. Charlton paid 2m for Apter. Does not mean anything. Stansfield 15m Kenny will only play for them in the Scottish League Cup if he returns.........He has found his level and will want first team football and he wont get that at Celtic

Last August we kicked off and i could see no reason why we would not finish top six. I thought SS would not get his team and his system until this Summer, but i think we have missed a big chance of the autos for a number of reasons. The play-offs are a lottery but whatever happens we need a re-build in the Summer, but if he builds his team around two wingers away play-offs will not be good enough next year.

Kenny was signed by Rogers to have a go at the board. He is way down the pecking order at Celtic Oneil has no interest in him. Every chance they will sell way below the 1m fee mooted last summer. Do not know where you got the 2m fee for Burstow it was undisclosed at the time.
