Schumacher told him to go for a brew so he dont go for one every time we have a corner

Operating losses announced
Yes we tend to have concerts a couple of times one summer then nothing for three or four years then a couple again and cycle and repeat. Snooker and darts are well attended but do not bring in major money. Would love to see a major boxing show.

Operating losses announced
Seems this latest investment by the Swiss has taken them to be now the majority shareholders. In effect they now own the club and not Football Ventures. Will be interesting to see if Sharon stays in charge or returns to business outside of football

It has been like this for the last three seasons first under Evatt and now it is getting that way with Schumacher.Johnston and Toal are decent defenders but awful footballers. Someone put statts on here saying Johnston has had the most touches this season by any player....That is the problem. We have Tutu,Conway, Toal and Johnston who are defenders who get caught upfield time and time again. Teams are playing the counter attack game against us

Port Vale (A)
He has in many ways been found out. The main one being let both Toal and Johnston have the ball, do not attempt to tackle them they will walk out slowly then they will either back pass or turn over the ball. Concede a corner and leave the fastest player on the half way line and hit it long to him no worries only TuTu will be back defending and he cannot tackle and Toal and Johnston will walk back to the halfway line once the ball is in the net.....Ohh and do not worry about the keeper his positioning is woeful from corners instead of what 999 keepers would do when their team have a corner and stand outside the box ready to kick any long clearance out yes dont laugh he will be rooted to his line. Same ole, same ole

I have brought this up time and time this season.....We concede as many goals from our corners as we score.....Write today off SS gets a pass for me because of that pitch.....I am not overly concerned about today, we are just not very good at the moment

Love it to be a three at back as long as they stay at the back. Send Firino up for the corners but i want Toal and Johnston to concentrate on defending long balls and not thinking they are Hierro at his best

You have played that card in the past......The one saying everything a professional manager does is correct. It is clearly not or they would not get sacked so much. Only SS opinion counts and i am certainly in his camp. I t does not say i agree with everything he does. At the moment he is doing more right than wrong. Though some bad habits are repeated week in, week out

Nothing wrong with both the team and formationZog1 has picked it would be more solid than SS formation. I think like a growing number that SS sticking with two wingers and having only two in midfield is indeed holding us back We are ponderous and slow and SS has for me certainly got it wrong, but it matters not only SS can change that or this time next season he will go the same way as Evatt. I think sooner or later he will change it.

Play Offs
Not in the know one iota, but two keepers wanted away. Jones knew he was going but to be fair he tried every game he played he was not the same player pre injury Santos wanted off, Murphy,Matete would have known they would be returning to their parent clubs....Collins and Thomason would have been informed that the club was open to offers as we was for Gomes,Schon, Randall, Lolos and Mcatee.......Adoboyejo, Cogley, Forrester got shipped out for nominal fees rather than be released this Summer. Out of nearly 30 players he inherited only Sheehan and Conway have had new contracts since he came in

They won lge2 last season so have three or four decent players who carried a team of decent league two players to the title. Lincoln are the same with a few players who will do well in the Championship but it wont be enough to have them in the top half next season......Sterry and Molyneux would improve us fact
-
Play Offs
No he has been against it from day one.....On the outside it seems he inherited a top league one squad but half the squad wanted out. The last month we finished the season with four 17 year olds in the team because of injuries, players not available because they were protecting themselves for moves away etc. In the Summer the club re-invested in the off field management and SS/Harkin brought more money in than they shelled out. We then started the season with a mish mash of SS and Evatt players and injuries to SS main investments ie Dalby,Erhahon and Taylor. We then spluttered to Christmas again getting rid of four more Evatt signings. The players he brought in all had issues at their parent clubs some soon settled in some as yet have not worked. My only gripe with SS is that he does not seem to play to his strengths and is very predictable. We will get into the play-offs i have no doubt. Not sure we will win them but we will be having a mass clear out re-build what ever league we start next season.....Overall i think he has done ok, but i am only going to Judge him from next season.....Even though i think he can do better if he changes the system up and i do not mean tweaks in the last ten minutes when we are chasing the game.

I thought there Right back Sterry is decent. We was linked with him a few seasons back when he was in the National league. Also they have Molyneux who is as good as anyone we have out on the wing.
-
Play Offs
We have been found out just the same as two seasons ago. We are now easy to defend against and hit on the counter. SS has two months to work out plan B or we will go the same way as Evatt did.

Doncaster Rovers (H)
The only midfielder in History to play behind a defensive midfielder
-
Doncaster Rovers (H)
The team would be a lot better.....We are getting over ran when the opposition have the ball
-
It is coming home
The clowns put that many cycle lanes in Bolton he would be better going for the Tour De France Been hearing about this for the last ten years and not one piece of turf has been turned yet. While we are at it they have been promising that link road before The Reebok was built

Doncaster Rovers (H)
George has played the whole season, Toal has missed a few with knocks and Internationals etc....Wrong players to have on the ball
-
Doncaster Rovers (H)
He certainly crosses the ball better than Apter and Gale and with our best two wingers injured i would play him not Burstow wide right. Burstow and Dalby up top and forget about wingers until ACD is back. We need three minimum in midgield so A Toal does not have to come out with it and B we do not get over run. And a defence who do not cross the half way line........Broken record but everyone can see it.

Doncaster Rovers (H)
We have been worked out.....Managers are allowing our defence the ball
-
Doncaster Rovers (H)
Evatt team was predictable and easy to play against because it never changed week on week. We are now seeing this repeated with Schumacher team. It is easy to both defend against and is set up to hit on the counter attack. Teams are now all doing these same things. Allow our defence free reign to move forward unhindered especially central with both Toal and Johnston plodding past the half way line and then squandering possession. Our corners are where we get hit week in,week out with all our defence in the attacking half teams just knock it long into the channels. Doncaster last night had nobody in midfield when Toal had the ball they just man marked our forward players and give him free reign. When Doncaster had the ball attacking they just overloaded the midfield and ran straight through them. We are drawing too many because teams are setting up for exactly that

Yea we are thin on the ground...Guess Desmond will come on at some stage for Christie, but we are playing Russian roulette
