I clearly understand where the Premier League gets its money from. I also know it's the players agents who advise what money demands he/she thinks their client should be requesting when negotiating a contract. In regards to me not watching football because I don't agree with the wages, I suspect the majority of people posting on here think the wages in this day and age are ludicrous.

Although I agree with the concept of your post, we do need to remember that players turn up for training and play in matches, IMO the increase of wage demands and transfer fees is down to the agents who are spoiling the game we all love. These corrupt individuals make the decisions on wage demands and minimum release fees. It's shocking to know professional sporting athletes believe anything these money grabbing tw@ts tell them.
