  1. A quality choon to get your Saturday off to a good start...
  2. Favourite: Get It On by T.Rex, 50 years old and still sounds as good as it did on its release. Hate: Bohemian Crapsody by Queen...familiarity breeds contempt and all that.
  3. A paranoid schizophrenic walks into a bar... Good choice, one lesser known one is from the second of John Wayne's cop films Brannigan with Judy Geeson and Richard Attenborough (The last two also appeared together in 10 Rillington Place)
  4. Surprised nobody's mentioned the theme to The Old Grey Whistle Test, Stone Fox Chase by Area Code 615
  5. OK the special effects may look a bit hokey compared to today, but back in the day it was and still is a very scary movie. The transformation scene to the tune of Creedence Clearwater Revival's Bad Moon Rising is still a classic cinema moment.
  6. Tony Hendra died recently, probably remembered for appearing alongside Whoopi Goldberg in Jumping Jack Flash, but mainly as long suffering Ian Faith, manager of Spinal Tap
  7. Forgot one of my favourite films with Jake Gylenhaal in, Jarhead
  8. Mind you at our ages it's more M & S than S & M I think
  9. Nice to know there's a fellow pervert on this site, pmsl!!!
  10. Think he's on the video of when we won the second division championship in the late 70s
  11. Met Stelios after the Preston 2-2 match a couple of years ago, nice bloke!!!
  12. Jammy bastard...oh that wasn't a euphemism then...my bad!!!
  13. Probably the mother of all cover versions, ladies, gents and all those in-between, I present to you 'The Godfather Of Air Guitar', the late great Joe Cocker...
  14. Seen him in a few films and he doesn't disappoint, Zodiac, Bubble Boy and Donnie Darko to name but three. His sister was pretty good in Secretary too
  15. The first 80 minutes or so definitely!!!
  16. As the bishop said to the actress
  17. Come the next transfer window get us a goalie that knows what the fuck they're doing!!!
  18. Here we go again!!!
  19. That reminds me, just heard Tony Hendra's died, he played Spinal Tap's manager Ian 'Fuck The Napkin' Faith
  20. The Premier League? We played some decent football in the championship for a while then things went tits up real horror show.
  21. So will Nigel Clough be slightly less of a stroppy cunt come the post match interview?
  22. Reminds me of the Preston away match a few years ago, Preston were two up and strolling but we squared it before half time. Squeaky bum time second half when they had s few chances to snatch it, as did we.
  23. There's a lot of teams we owe a rogering to, they have sown the wind, let's hope they'll reap the whirlwind.
  24. As good as we are, still slightly concerned about all the teams below us with games in hand. But that's their problem not ours I suppose
  25. An old fashioned trousers down and no lube variety,!!!
