It's called D. O. A. and mainly follows the Sex Pistols tour of the southern U. S. in January 1978 but also gives a brief overview of the UK punk scene too.

There's a good documentary about the Sheffield Scene of the late 70s/early 80s called Made In Sheffield. It stars The Human League, Heaven 17 and ABC as well as lesser known bands such as Carbaret Voltaire and I'm So Hollow. There were a couple of compilation LPs from the 80s with some of the best tracks from that period on called Bouquet Of Steel and Hicks From The Sticks.

Agree with you on The Martian, the more I watch it, the better it gets and I'm not really a Matt Damon fan, apart from The Talented Mr. Ripley that is.

Last film I really enjoyed was Joker, Joachim Phoenix was incredible in the lead role. Hated the Disney Star Wars Trilogy as they were too woke, too badly written, acted and directed and generally shite, even compared to the prequels.

The thing that wound me up about him was the lack of a pair of shooting boots, that would have made him a much better player in my opinion.

As for Gary Oldman, brilliant actor but has made a lot of bad movies. For me his best performance was as Sid Vicious in the shite-fest that was Sid And Nancy.
