  1. Dont know mate. Apparently his brother plays for a lower league Portuguese side so probably can't afford a lambo. Imagine the mum finding out two sons died at the same time. Just awful and puts things into perspective
  2. Its a retrospective review of the report by Henley & Partners, theyre analysing if what they said would happen, did actually happen. Conclusion is it didn't. Chris Walkers new analysis uses data from Henley & Partners. Henley & Partners make profits from non doms relocating. Its like getting a report on how bad Aldi is from a Lidl director. Anyway...just seen that Diogo Jota has died aged 28. Left 3 kids. Life's to short to argue over our differing opinions. Left 3 kids and a new wife. How sad.
  3. Its analysis of the report widely circulated throughout the media claiming that we'd lose lots of millionaires. Your "current anslysis" is another such report, based on analysis from the same organisation. Henley & Partners, who coincidentally sell "Golden Visas", enticing rich people to move. Mind boggles.
  4. My link is analysis of the Henley & Partners report. It basically says it's bolloxs and explains why.
  5. It's because Israel has received more funding from the US than anywhere else for military purposes over the last 80 years and there's growing concern over what the money is being used for.
  6. The link I posted is an in depth analysis of Henley & Partners wealth migration report, which is what your article is quoting.
  7. High credibility, transparent, non profit, with 0 fact check fails in 5 years???

Trying to get ready for CAT 2 academy again I think.

    Maybe premature.

No more B team. U21s now
  11. You have mentioned Sudan before though haven't you? The point is, if youre only bringing it up in conversations about Israel, it makes people think it's being mentioned purely as a whataboutery technique to detract.
  12. How many times have you brought Sudan up without it being linked to a discussion about Israel / Palestine and vice versa?

  14. Not really into the fucking mahoosive plastic ones or the ones that look like droopy's ears or ones with weird nips. Hairy ones are definitely not on the menu.
  15. So getting a couple of homegrown lads through each year to play in the 1st team and ultimately sell on should be a major aim. What our stature / history does provide is a more attractive proposition for youngsters to join than a promtion rival like plymouth or stockport.
  16. Ceesay might be left back in a 4-3-3
  17. But if your market outside the US was twice as large as the US market, you'd keep your manufacturing base for the other markets outside of the US and everyone outside the US would be able to buy your product for less. If ultimately all global brands end up with a more expensive manufacturing Base in the US, just for that market, I can't see how its a win for them. Their exports will go down and the prices for the US public will go up. Manufacturing will be done by robots even more so in the near future. I think its v short sighted. You want software engineers who can work from anywhere, not factory workers.
  18. Not blaming them at all, but realistically our league position has been below where a club of our resource and stature should have been for 10 years now, and thats because of decisions made at board level ages ago. I mentioned on another thread here, current england and man city u18 vice captain and city and England u19 centre back, both locals, left our academy at age 9 directly because of finances that degraded the academy. At worst we'd have sold them a few yrs later for a few £, if not kept them on and they'd be breaking into the first team now. And that happened because of poor decisions. Takes a while to recover, but I can see its drastically improved over last few years at the academy level.

  20. We were 14th on wage bill for midfielders last season and 9th for strikers. We are the biggest in lg1 but we haven't had a fair slice of dosh for ages, and thats because of bad decisions at board level 15 yrs ago.
  21. Ultimately it's a lot to do with politicians not having the bolloxs to stand up for what they truly believe to be right, because politics attracts and rewards populists, egoists and corrupt, greedy, selfish, coniving bastards.
  22. Musk has realised that isolationist leaning policies arent very helpful to CEOs of global brands. He'll have to see if the South African govmt can chuck him a few quid for some spaceships.
  23. They claimed it was satirical, taken ouf of context with other satirical things they said at the same time. The police have viewed the full footage and found they dont have grounds to press for an indictment so, as they could only raise a summary charge, the offence proceedings have to start within 6 months after the incident. They said it in 2023.
  24. It's because kneecap's alleged crime is classed as a summary offence and Lucy's is indictable
