  1. I've certainly heard someone of that ilk is on the cards, not him though.
  2. My brother knows him a bit, there's not a chance he'd come here 🤣 and personally, I wouldn't fancy him. Never got the hype.
  3. Is there a reason why the shade of blue on the shoulder and trim is darker than the Macron and BWFC badge? They've done that a few times and I think it looks shite.
  4. If the second kit is that maroon one, we're essentially just doing a 20 year remake of the 06/07 kits are we not?
  5. Like this type of signing a lot, Stephenson and Watson are low risk, high reward moves.
  6. That's the one, and when you walk into a shop, they all start speaking Wiradjuri.
  7. Tell you what, they know how to milk the commercial partnerships these lot don't they. I know it's a fairly modern occurrence in the sport having everything from left arse cheek to third bulb from the right on the floodlights sponsored, but it does make you wonder how much potential revenue we've missed out on over the years. Cracking job they're doing, and if there is some further overseas investment this summer, I hope those running things stay firmly in place.
  8. I'm fairly certain he'll get a lovely deal from Blackpool this summer and more power to him. I think he lacks quite a bit physically and with a step up they only become more evident and he struggles a bit to make up for them now with his ability on the ball so can only imagine that'd be even more evident higher up. I'd be signing at least two new CBs with a view to Forino and Toal being capable backups.
  9. This one is just simply not true is it. "Theyre all adamant because they have sold x tickets then they will win. Its cute if nothing else."
  10. That's my conclusion, balls to the wall early, hope to blow them away. It's bold, don't know if I love it on a day like this.
  11. I'll be wearing white because I'm not a spoilsport 😉 £8 for a white t-shirt in Tesco, that'll do.
  12. The difference for me isn't even necessarily in income, it's in the unrealised gains in the case of potential player sales and talent acquisition whether that's for the first team or academy. Say someone like Ritchie or Warren breaks in to the first team next season, we're going to get exponentially more for him if he's plying his trade in the Championship than we are if we're still in League 1.
  13. I prefer an old fashioned A442 with overlapping QR codes.
  14. Aye, could argue he's streets ahead of Saka and Rashford as well. But he's a little rat, rapist, wanker. So, rightfully, will never wear an England shirt again.
  15. Another potential blessing to having Erhahon in the side, keeps that whole left side in check, hopefully that benefits Conway as much as it seemed to benefit Johnston.
  16. More of the Makerfield Reform fella's back story not adding up. I, for one, am shocked.
  17. I get the sentiment and appreciate trying to speak it into existence, but for me stuff like this always fills me with dread. I don't like putting stuff out in to the world for fear of it becoming some sort of karmic retribution. I'll just keep my mouth shut and be petrified internally until the result is known either way.
  18. How about him only registering his "business" in February and the fact he's a big fan of the fella that runs the reincarnation of the BUF? Oh and the fact the last time he ran he tried to make out he was a full member of the armed forces, not a reservist.
  19. It isn't and they won't.
  20. Overturned? Not for me, right decision that.
  21. Absolutely the correct decision but taken far too long to make it, feel for all the fans involved. Southampton fans that'll be hard pressed to get refunds for hotels/travel/parking. Middlesbrough fans trying to organise getting there last minute and the Hull fans knowing their team have been hamstrung in preparing for the game.
  22. Got ours today, 6 of us, blocks going like hot cakes. Driving down from Warrington to Amersham, Metropolitan Line straight to Wembley Park. Nice and easy, do it every time. Shitting myself all the same.
  23. I think their away kit is even more white than their home kit, so either both wearing home and agreed there's not enough of a clash to matter or they're in their green third kit.
  24. White kit confirmed for Wembley, club asking everyone to wear white. Don't know how much affect it really has on the pitch but it'll look good if nothing else.
