£67 a month, M250

Basic Package - TNT Sport included though

You don't even need to make a call now, login and you can renew from there, and they offer you a new deal, prob saves them thousands of hours in people ringing

Im paying £40 PCM and somehow seem to be on M500

I'm paying £66 per month for this lot, not that I ever use the telephone line....

just realised i didn't mention its 77 a month - so prob about 25 over the odds

i think our sky inc netflix and tnt is about 120, but we do have more boxes than rooms in the house!  :)

I am with YouFibre and pay £23.99 a month for their 1000mbps package which is good value I think.

Has to be VM

Neither can I, they don't even do fibre to the house. YouFibre installed fibre to our estate several months before VM did and they appear to be quicker and cheaper. Never heard of them before tbh.

That seems a good deal?

We have Virgin Business Broadband, £39.99 per month, super fast and if there is an issue they guarantee it will be fixed within 24 hours

Renewed about 3 weeks ago. M350, TV and weekend calls for £41. I had to take a SIM only deal with O2 for a fiver a month to get that price though. I might try cancelling the O2 SIM if there's a months cooling off period as I don't want it.

Last time I renewed I was told by the woman on the phone to ignore the renewal emails they send you as the deals are crap. Always get on the phone and chat to them for a better deal. Be armed with some of their competitors prices and they will knock it down.

Whilst on the topic of Virgin, does anyone else have issues with VPNs? The one I use for work cuts out regularly, especially if I'm on a call. I'm at the opposite end of the house to the router but still getting 88mbs connection. Wondering if it's an issue with Virgin not liking VPNs.

To get my current deal, I actually had to leave. Once I'd told them I was 100% going, they called me within 2 or 3 days offering me the realy good deal that Ive got now. I was actually prepared to go elsewhere, so it wasn't just an idle threat.

£45 for Virgin BB and landline package. I don’t actually have a phone attached to the incoming telephone socket but I once tried to cancel it but it pushed my BB up by £10.

That's one thing that annoyed me. They told me on the phone they'd throw them in when I renewed as part of the deal. It kind of persuaded me to take the deal as I thought it would sort the issue. They never arrived.

Rang them last week to ask where they were. They asked me to do a speed test in the affected room, but as it wasn't below 30m I wasn't eligible and not getting them. Just keep giving me the old "turn it off and back on again" line. I reckon the router is on its last legs.

When we went on this new package 4 months ago, the engineer disconnected everything but did not take them away, 2 Tivo boxes, a router, Booster and other bits, Virgin have arranged four times to come for them and haven't turned up, how long do I keep them in a 'safe' place, and, can I charge them for storage

I’d keep them safe. Contract states it’s their property so not worth the mither they’ll likely give you if you bin em.

Storage they’ll likely offer you a cheap sim only deal as compo😂

They are stuck in the front porch, condensation will get to them through winter
