Blimey, that's rich coming from you, who is wrong about almost everything, and then when called out, will claim it as a fishing trip 😉

the same old theme being not one of them can give us a tangible benefit or reason for leaving and just come across like thick cunts

I'm not bitter

I didn't think there was any point in leaving

I was ready to go as soon as the vote was announced

bring it on and all that

it'll be the same if Reform get in

I think it's a terrible idea, but I'll sit and watch and wait for proof it was a good idea

and I'm patient

I can wait

I want to hear more than "we won, get over it"

you need to show me what winning looks like

Go on...

My views:

I didn't subscribe to the concept of a referendum as we live in a Parliamentary Democracy and the rank and file electorate would not have been adequately informed. Although I did not like the eastward expansionism of the EU I figured it was better to stay in the tent pissing outwards (LBJ quote) and push for reforms, hence I voted to remain. In addition the exercise of unpicking 40 years of EU based statute would (and proved to be) be an enormous undertaking, almost needing a second parallel government.

However I accepted the outcome and as always, looked for the positives... I really hoped for a "soft" Brexit so we could establish a trading position similar to Switzerland or Norway to the benefit of us and the more developed western European states. BUT... our effin' useless crop of ideologues stated banging on about "Brexit means Brexit" and the "will" of the people (who were deceived anyway), an adversarial situation developed and we became at war with our previous allies. Our representatives even suspended Parliament and lied to the Monarch to get their way, in my view acts of high treason.

Would I rejoin the EU? No, I do not like what it has become, it's centre of influence has moved from the developed economies to the eastern and Baltic fringes. I would definitely like to be a member of a European trading group not dissimilar to the original Common Market consisting of the developed western industrial powers.

What did it for me and almost pushed me to vote Leave was the tin pot president of Lithuania giving OUR Prime Minister a hard time at congress regarding his suggested reforms

I look forward to seeing your GB Based Fortress

I've just had flashbacks to the empty shelves hysteria and the "fuel crisis"

Sad but true, so far.

I don’t know why I’m laughing, as I voted “leave”…….
