  1. Lots of possibilities here. “Euro Pacific Soccer Tournament for Egocentric Incompetent Narcissists” Cup.
  2. Looking back I think that makes 4420 in total for them. Nearly all south stand. Cant see any SSL home sales happening for this one therefore.
  3. Nice one France 👏. The truth hurts - need more countries to call the US out on where their allegiances now lie on the world stage - with fellow despots and dictators. BBC NewsUS walks out of UN Security Council meeting during France...The row sparked after the US joined North Korea and Russia in voting against extending the term of the UN high commissioner for human rights.
  4. Great memories and great kids tv. Mind you, this episode never got screened, for some reason.

Don’t know if their fans will travel in numbers for this, but this was at Norwich last season. Brilliant.
  6. So much winning 🙄. This lack of munitions seems a real factor as seems to have been reported in several places. Amazing really. Joking aside about the orange buffoon, it is hard to see how this can be brought to a conclusion quickly, for the benefit of the global economy and hence all of us. Trump doesn’t have an off-ramp to save face (whichever way you look at this it’s a disaster for the US), the US can’t win militarily, Iran know they now have the upper hand and are 100% motivated to make this as hard as possible for the Americans in any negotiations (as evidenced by the failed MoU and closed SoH). A complete yet avoidable mess.
  7. I’m guessing so. Got my hopes up though for a striker! Mind you from the socials looks a great turnout today……
  8. I think you’ve got a full house on the bingo card with this post 👏👏
  9. Nonsense, as usual. You can sleep easy though, as if no laws have been broken then all this will blow over and your saviour will be unblemished? The money was always going to be the achilles heal for Farage/Reform. Even patriots would have to admit the way the Cottrell’s have poured vast sums of money directly and indirectly into Farage’s pockets and Reform’s coffers doesn’t look good. Hopefully the Met can get to the bottom of where it all came from in the first place. Our democracy needs to be protected otherwise we end up as corrupt as the US.
  10. I went to see a chiropractor initially about my back - if anything she made it worse. Then found a physio who has really helped. The exercises three times a day are a bit of a hassle…..but they’re working so really motivated. I’d ended up after the sciatica with something called “foot drop”. Really weird feeling not being able to control leg muscles to put your foot down properly when walking. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/foot-drop/ After 3-4 weeks though as I say it seems almost better. Physio reckons another couple of months though to completely sort. I am conscious I’ve not been to my GP and hence had any scans to see if any underlying physiological problems from my aging body (I’m 57), but I’m thinking that it wouldn’t be on the mend if something was really wrong. Hope you’re A1 again soon.
  11. That’s good going. Nice one. I’ve had a bad back / sciatica for 2 months so very on/off running (mostly off). Just starting to get back on it. A gentle 5k planned tomorrow. Not read this thread before, so interested in all the comments on plantar fasciitis and the like. I haven’t had that but about 3 years ago suffered with 3rd plantar ligament damage (apparently connects your middle toe to your foot). Didn’t snap but was close. The “cure” was a brilliant podiatrist and custom made insoles to take the pressure off the knackered bits of my foot. Cost a bit but money well spent. Rehab was slow so took about 9 months from literally struggling to walk to get back doing 10k. Really missed the running and headspace so was thankful to get better. Moral of the story was I wish I’d have gone to see a podiatrist when I first took up running about 15 years ago, to see if I was running wonky and needed any preventative support. I tell everybody to do this before they have a problem!
  12. Misunderstanding I’m sure. https://www.espn.co.uk/football/story/_/id/48702084/trump-pardoned-exec-tim-leiweke-invests-venezia-drake-behest
  13. It’s insane. US democracy is dead for the time being if this is allowed to happen in full view. Add to this all his efforts to stop free and fair mid-term elections later this year (aka the “Save America act”……which is irony personified). Also just read this about more environmental vandalism, reducing protection on endangered species. OceanographicManatees among species at risk as Trump strips ESA protec...Florida's manatees could be left more vulnerable after the Trump administration scrapped the Endangered Species Act's "blanket rule."Hopefully he drops dead soon ….. but the sad thing is as a malignant narcissist surrounded by nodding dog sycophants he won’t realise how awful his legacy will be, and how history will condemn everything he has done.
  14. The guy is relentless in his pursuit of chaos, disruption and distraction. Military wars and trade wars. A wrecking ball on the global economy. The great disrupter. Whaddaguy again. BBC NewsUS imposes tariffs on dozens of trade partners over 'forc...The tariffs target 60 trading partners over claims they failed to properly stop forced labour.
