Watch the first goal , a short corner and we only have one player outside the penalty area, they knock it about and pass it to bloke 20 yards out and no one is near him. Players playing out of position in a formation that they looked like they did not understand.

It is a WC semi they will have good players if you give them time and space they will punish you, they could have at least before they scored, hit post twice and save from Pickford, all from balls from our left but still had no one near the ball.

Get it off your chest, Far from happy but i on the other hand never really got into the tournament....Nothing wrong with the players efforts,but we have missed a chance of getting it over the line because of a inept manager who simply picked the wrong squad. We weren't lucky to be in front, it was a fairly even game but we could argue we were edging it.

Good teams don't need to go into their shell with over 30 minutes to go, just keep doing what got you on top.

This was Italy in the euro final all over again, gave it away.

Argentina are a good team, need to keep the foot on their throat when you have them down

Fuck football. I've been trying to defend Tuchel against mates who say he should have thrown Saka, Watkins and Rashford on as if that would automatically throw us onto the front foot. He did what he thought was best and what most managers would have done in the latter stages of a World Cup semi final against the reigning world champions and best player ever. I'm more than happy to be called clueless etc but as I said, fuck football.

TT picked a largely imbalanced squad, didn't really play well, and we've gone out with a bit of piss poor management. Tuchel still has to prove he's any better than Southgate, he's not done that yet. He's gets another chance in the Euros, if we doesn't win that, then he does have to go.
