February 20, 200521 yr Good question, and even though I don't agree with it being held in Cardiff but as a fan of 30+ years and ST holder I'd be there just as I was on Saturday, but I'm sure the excuse will do for not attending. We've never had it so good, when will the vast majority of Bolton wake up to the fact!!
February 20, 200521 yr for a semi-final about 16,000 think about the last 3 major finals we have been in. and the opposite fans out numberd us . preston..at cardiff watford at wembley villa ..at wembley nuff said i think ohhh bristol city out numbered us also in 86
February 20, 200521 yr Author ohhh bristol city out numbered us also in 86 we had more then Torquay though O:) Serious point though, it could be fookin embarassing...
February 20, 200521 yr i don't buy this if i was bothered i'd 'dupport the mighty reds' we are what we are what happens on the pitch is what matters so embarassment would not be my emoption bit of anger at the gary nevilles that can't be arsed maybe but not embarrassed
February 20, 200521 yr The Luton massive will be going too you been looking at me in the showers again?
February 20, 200521 yr We haven`t got there yet!!!! But if we do, i think we`d take about 25,000ish however if it was the urinals we`d sell out.
February 20, 200521 yr We only managed 13 ragging thousand at The Reebok last season then everyman and his dog wanted ticket for the final. Anyone who does not go to the semi if we get there does not deserve to go to the final if we get there.
February 20, 200521 yr Depends on how much the tickets are I suppose. But I won't expect more than 15,000 going. If held at Villa park then a 15,000 would make for a good atmosphere. In Cardiff we would just be laughed at by the entire football world. Having said that I wouldn't give a shite so long as we won.

February 20, 200521 yr casino, it dont bother me anymore if there is 27,000 or 16,000 at the gaybok i just dont give a fcuk anymore . if we get to the final, i wont be crying for a ticket . people on here go on how they got to most matches ..yet cry fowl when they cant get a ticket HA how many who are crying fowl went yesterday like i said i dont give 2 flying fucks anymore hard coming from someone who did not miss many games from the early 80's onwards i do admitt i did not go to burnden mutch after 87 well in the ground
February 20, 200521 yr This thread sjould be locked until after we have won the next round, at which point it becomes relevant :-#
February 21, 200521 yr Point is though that the semi SHOULD be closer. I for one would have serious doubts about going for the semi, and potentially having to go back again for the final. Went to Wembley against Villa, and having done it once, dunno if I'd do it again. Suspect many would feel similar, so crowd would be down. Though, as has been pointed out- SO WHAT
February 21, 200521 yr we are a laughing stock by most of the football pundits with our crowd yesterday. even the pie-men on an other site are giving me grief about it . :-F The only way the club can avoid this annual embarrassment is to do what a few others do by including home cups games in the ST up to the Quarter final. There are many ST holders who just cannot get over the mental hurdle of lashing out another ??30+ quid for ticket, parking , beer, pies etc x 2 or 3 if family also go. Add to this our penchant for feilding weakened teams and Saturdays gate is the result.
February 21, 200521 yr How many tickets did we sell for our last FA cup semi against Villa? Anyhow, I hope that we only take 5,000 to cardiff then there'll be more totty for me and I can put my feet up on the empty seat in front of me
for a semi-final
