You know from the good old days, there were 45000 on for every game at Burnden.

 

We lost a few but the pies were grand.

Mine was a goal he scored in the FA Cup away (1st Round, 1987?) at Wrexham, did the Thomas Shuffle, rounded the goalie (Mike Salmon?) to score in nets in front of the massed Bolton fans in the away end.

 

I can be seen on the video climbing the fence, eey them were the days.

Played centre half against him. Think he scored five from outside the box. Keeper wouldnt have got to them in a taxi.
