Sorry didn't make myself clear - what trying to say it may cost MORE then the ??45 in the first post - I paid ??86 to get a ticket changed last year on Ryanair even though it stated upto 50% of the ticket value which was only ??40 (ticket was ??80.50).

I'm sure it's about ??45

No, they told me last time it was a FIXED FEE not a fixed ??45 as in your example which is a fixed fee but mine was fixed percentage. They then tried to charge way over the fixed percentage they quoted on their website.

 

Cowboys. I'm sure your will be fine, looks like they have stopped all the percentage crap and just quote ??45 now.

do they also charge extra for using a Credit Card to make the name change? I think someone should call their customers services department to confirm, as I am sat hearing awaiting the outcome of this, my nails are bitten to the core.
