Guest william bear
dont understand the miles reference are you sayng that horse has travelled 906 miles to race and thus the connections must believe their going to win ? the race is usually picked for them to win thus making the trip worthwhile

Exiled Girl
I once bet & won on a horse @ Windsor about 10 years ago because it was ridden by Kevin Darley, it was his only ride of the evening and I knew he was Northern. Same principle I guess?
Zozzy
NOBLE BUCK 4:15 PERTH MUST BE WORTH A LOOK ATWhen Noble Buck won at Perth in April there seemed to be a 906 mile round trip from Somerset to Perth and back, but the jockey was Mark Bradburne that day who also rides for his mum (a trainer based in Scotland). So it is likely that the horse travelled and was stabled in Scotland a day or two before the race so that it would be fresh. It runs at Hereford today but over a shorter trip than it wants. I have been reading up on the race and it looks like it cant be ruled out but 'Sungates' is strongly fancied with either 'Evion' or 'Paddy the Optomist' or 'Noble Buck' for 2nd
