June 17, 200620 yr He's a lazy fat bastard but on his day is a cracking player. On balance, I'd have to say let's sign him.
June 17, 200620 yr Isn't he also on about retiring from international football after the WC? If the funds are right, sign him definitely.
June 17, 200620 yr Apart from at Celtic, where anyone can score, he hasn't got that great a goalscoring record. 10-15 a season man at best. Unless we get him for nowt I say no [-X

June 17, 200620 yr i agree but would he adjust to our style of play or would we change our style ? He'd battle it out with Big Kev for the spot up front I suspect
June 18, 200620 yr i agree but would he adjust to our style of play or would we change our style ? He'd battle it out with Big Kev for the spot up front I suspect Theres only one winner in that, and its not Viduka
June 18, 200620 yr Ithink in the last 6 months Viduka has shown his best ever form, is it because his contract was due for renewal he seems to me to play in the comfort zone too often for my liking but when he is up for it he is a very useful player.
June 18, 200620 yr Could Davies play up front with Viduka? Big Kev could make up for Viduka's lack of effort, and Viduka could make up for Kev's lack of goals. Or are they too much of the same type of player?
June 18, 200620 yr i would love to see bolton play 2 up front instead of 1 but cant see sam playing both of them together think they are to much the same kind of player think you need a pacy striker for the flickons or through balls that either of them win

Boro bought him two years ago for ??4.5M so would be surprised if they only signed him on a 2 year deal
June 18, 200620 yr I think that Viduka is a very good player. However if he plays well for Austraillia in the world cup then other teams might come in for him like Newcastle and Liverpool and i could not see him sign for Bolton if teams like that are interested in him. I think if we want him we should sign him now, would be a very good forward and not that expensive either, however if we sign im then it will definatly be bye bye for Borgetti.
June 19, 200620 yr he might be lazy but he still scores more than davies In a 4-4-2 formation maybe. In the formation we play. NO
June 19, 200620 yr Author predicted this 2 months back just surprised its taken so long to come up http://www.teamtalk.com/football/story/0,1...1289273,00.html
June 19, 200620 yr predicted this 2 months back just surprised its taken so long to come up http://www.teamtalk.com/football/story/0,1...1289273,00.html He certainly does know where the goal is, he is a lazy b'stard though

June 20, 200620 yr Have a read here interesting. JFH should be in the pocket signed and sealed by now! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jimmy_Floyd_Hasselbaink
