They acted for me when I bought my house and everything was done quickly and efficiently. And it???s all done via phone/post/e-mail so you don???t actually have to travel to Leyland.

August 23, 200619 yr quickest is not always best either. i prefer my solicitor to go through the deeds with a fine tooth comb and pick out any decrepencies.

If that's for selling and buying and using the same solicitors that's cheap I would say. I used Garth Rigbys in Ashton and Makerfield. I think I paid ??1200 2 years ago!
