Lee targets Swedish winger

 

Bolton are said to be lining up a swoop for Nantes winger Christian Wilhelmsson as Sammy Lee looks to strengthen.

The Wanderers boss is looking to add more width to his squad for this season after switching to a 4-4-2 formation and Sweden international Wilhelmsson is said to be on his wanted list.

The winger is currently tied to Nantes but spent much of last season on loan in Italy with AS Roma. The Serie A outfit have yet to pursue a permanent deal for the player and that has kicked off reports he could be heading to England.

 

Tottenham have also been strongly linked with a move for the player but Lee also maintains an interest and could pip Spurs to the post if he makes an early move.

interesting, another winger! we still need a new defender and a creative midfielder, up front i dont think will be a problem because i thik vaz te will improve more under sammy lee than allardyce.
