do they offer free singing lessons too?

how about a fancy costume to wear?

does the choir manager get a salary?

ffs!

We're not really in any position to take the piss are we?

what was with newcastle fans singing a song about themselves "Toon Toon Toon Toon Toon"

then congratulating themselves for singing it? won't knock it, they seemed to enjoy it, just didn't get it

'Toon' is the way that Geordies pronounce the word 'Town', which is how they refer to Newcastle.

'HE'S BLACK,

HE'S BROON,

HE'S PLAYING FOR THE TOON,

ANDY COLE, ANDY COLE'

According to some programme yesterday, this is how we used to speak in the 16th century. It's not much to be proud of is it?

Utd have a fan who's sole job is to compose new songs. He then burns the tunes onto CD's and distributes them to the various fan clubs so that their members can learn the words. Sounds a bit formal but it's kind of how the various Ultra groups operate abroad.

Not so

They have a full of his own unimportance fat pussy who writes shite songs and flogs them to gullible paddies, thais, cockneys etc.

He then basks back in the "glory" of this and hangs out with z list music celebs such as that bint from Catatonia.

He certainly doesn't "distribute" anything.

no sh?t

it wasn't what they were singing which I wasn't sure of, but why they choose to applaud themselves for singing it

Perhaps they should just sit down and shut up like our supporters.

maybe we should all bring our own pompoms and dance around like reebok rebels...

i was about to post a similar comment, i think he is not that popular with certain groups of united supporters.

Surely we can break out, 'YOU'LL NE-VER GET A PASSPORT!', when Al Fayed walks across the pitch at Craven Cottage tomorrow night?!

I'm sure he will have got used to it, having heard it from every set of away fans in the last ten years or so.

Now if you were to sing "Who's that dying in a Paris tunnel"......

Perhaps they should just sit down and shut up like our supporters.

it's people like you with attitudes like that who are ruining the atmosphere at the reebok

What was the song the Barcodes were singing about LSL being a midget?

He's big, he's black, he'll break your F'in back, Abdoulaye Fayee!!

We need to get some of the old songs going again I think :good: get right behind the lads at every game, home and away as I think we really need too!

Also did we used to sing to Mark Fish;

"We want seafood mamma, FIESH FIESH FIESH!" or did I dream it?

to the tune of..we dont carry hammers

we dont follow munich, we know they are sh*te

we follow bolton wanderers, they are the superwhites.

we"ve watched the lads in europe, and at bury too.

and when we get the next goal, we"ll shout feck off to you......

Quite liked the "If you love the toon shoes off". 3000 shoes in the air looked strange but in a way good. They then started singing something along the lines of "If you love the toon pogo" and started jumping up and down whilst having their shoes in the air.

It seems to me that a lot of our fans just can't be arsed, 60% of the away fans won't even stand up for fcuk sake, never mind sing songs, or god forbid make some up!

That is quite catchy could imagine few of us singing that

The main problem at reebok is that if the opposite team score before we do,

the chanting/ singing stops until we push forward and maybe get a decent pass near goal

would be interesting if we had more songs though :) and more people singing...

I think so, and there were no fireworks, did anyone notice if we played music after our goal?

yea, i noticed no fireworks...

sell em all, sell em all

the long n the short especially the tall

we'll be left with no more

than squad filling bastards

sell em all, sell em all, sell em all

Satay still do sing that song. It stemmed from their ex chairman saving money back in the old days of cash turnstiles and declaring the crowd to be 10k (for example) under what it really was.

The atmosphere at Maine Road was superb, but Eastlands is a morgue.

According to the Blades fans at our office, the Citeh fans were giving a rousing rendition of 'We should be playing Sheffield, we should be playing Sheffield'!....
