October 5, 200718 yr From the recent games he has played does the lad need a chance? Impressed me last night though he was MOM
October 5, 200718 yr not bad, very industrious, good range of passing ability, definately worth having on the bench.
October 5, 200718 yr more drive effort and skill than Nolan has shown for 2 years, it would be a massive call from LSL to put him in against chelsea, but do we have anything too lose?
October 5, 200718 yr He should start on sunday. Just let some one else take the free kick, that aside he will be a good one, not the finished artical yet

October 5, 200718 yr Just let some one else take the free kick, that aside he will be a good one, not the finished artical yet I actually thought he put some excellent balls into the box from free-kicks - he strikes a cleaner dead ball than anyone else I've seen that currently plays for us Having said that, Diouf / Campo's deliveries from set pieces are also decent so we have options, it's probably the least of our worries too

In fact drop nolan, kick up the arse for him
October 5, 200718 yr Oh and there's me thinking it was Kevin Nolan who had changed his squad number...
October 5, 200718 yr for me, you could see some of the reasons he is rated so highly - he was everywhere first half worth a place on the bench Sunday
October 5, 200718 yr Start him instead of Nolan on Saturday, Davies captain. Doubt Sammy Lee will do it though to be honest

October 5, 200718 yr Start him instead of Nolan on Saturday, Davies captain. Doubt Sammy Lee will do it though to be honest whilst I agree with dropping nolan I don't think Davies should be captain he didn't seem to take to the roll too great last night and spent a lot of the time pointing and shouting at others speed would be my captain out the current lot maybe campo but not nolan and not a forward

I'd rather Jussi was skipper then Kev D.
October 5, 200718 yr Speed skipper for me too however it aint going to happen Nolan in Guthrie out, Cant believe some m1nge said Guthrie needs to be careful with the two footed challenge, seing a player in the 'nolan' role make a challenge was one of the few highlights last night!
October 5, 200718 yr i'd say andy o'b is the obvious choice for new captain, but then i wouldn't drop nolan id play him central though
October 5, 200718 yr Guthrie was our best player to be honest last night but i fear he may get sent off regulary if he doesnt sort his tackling out (jumping in with two feet) is usually a straight red card in the Prem. good player though and as some have already said did more last night than Nolan and Speed put together this season
October 5, 200718 yr i'd say andy o'b is the obvious choice for new captain, but then i wouldn't drop nolan id play him central though why would you keep nolan in the team? he's been performing at about 80% of what we know he can do for over a year I'm not a Nolan hater nor a booer, but he's not on form and hasn't been for some time and I want your opinion and not Sammy Lee's
