Munich..

Featured Replies

As a non ST holder (little difficut to get to every home match when living over 1000 miles away in France!), I've got flights lined up to Munich but don't want to go ahead and book without knowing whether I'll be able to get a ticket. How many tickets do you reckon they'll give us, ie. what are the chances of non ST holders getting one?

Anyone got any inside info per chance?? :good:

Ground holds 66,000 but it's usually sold out by all accounts so we may not neccessarily get a big allocation.

I'm going anyway whether I get a ticket or not. The ground holds 66k for European games. They got 64k for the game in the last round so I don't think we will get a massive allocation unless there is a UEFA rule to say they have to give us 10%.

Officially we are meant to get 5% in the UEFA cup so this should be a min of 3300

Doesn't matter ticket or not on every euro jaunt they let you in the ground.

He's reet tha knows. Though could someone at the club let the players know where the folk with tickets are actually situated this time?

Just not into the country, eh eh Mr Reuben. <_<

Walking round Munich in a Bolton top this summer, they knew who we were. Bet they?re shitting it now.

Might dig out my 'Ten German Bombers' top.

Or maybe not

I reckon we'll probably get around 5000 (hopefully)

If we get 3300 do you reckon my Non ST but Membership holder mates will be able to get tickets? I've advised 'em to camp outside the reebok

I can see us taking 4000+

Tickets could be a problem for some.

well they'll be able to buy 'em before the plebs, just not with the ST holders. Should get 'em I reckon

So let me get this correct

You've advised your mates to be camp outside the ground?

Is your name Pierre?

It would be a good gesture by the club if the 400 or so who made the trip to Skopje, were given 1st option

for a ticket if the demand is going to outweigh our allocation.

Happen the vouchers we got which are usually useful on a chocolate fireguard scale, will be required for priority ticket purchasing.

I also believe Father Christmas drunk the sherry and Ruldolph scoffed the carrot I left out for them every year.

Correct! I have my Rabotnicki voucher at the ready.

Did you kick him in the nuts with hobnails?

Bayern's crowds so far this season:

BL -

ALL 5 League games have been a complete 69,000 sell out!

UEFA Cup -

There home 'qualifier' game against a poxy Portugese team (Belenenses) was 64,000!

If it is true that they use the same method as Man U and all season ticket holders get cup tickets included we could be looking at a pretty small allocation. Not enough to go round I fear. All our past games everyone has always got a ticket, may be this time it will be a problem and they wont.

people who went to macedonia will be sorted i reckon, then its a fight to the death for the rest.

those with st and vouchers wanting to buy for munchen and belgrade first

then st and vouchers and munchen

then st

then vouchers etc etc

seems fair enough

in reality, it'll be everton away vouchers from 2004

I think it will be around 4,000. I'll ask when i get Arsenal tickets tomorrow. They won't let people in who travel without tickets because there won't be any empty seats (unlike Marseille!) You've got to remember that Bayern are one of the biggest teams in the world.

Silly me, I forgot. Cheers!

A german posted on the bolton news site said we'd get a maximum 3,300.

Bolton will get 3.300 tickets (5% of capacity) - if that should be less than requested, I would suggest you the official website of bayern (www.fcb.de - also in english). Tickets for the match are already on sale (also for non-members). Prices are between 25 ? and 50 ? (about 15 pound to 30 pound). The visitors will be in the upper tier of the north stand: 340-347. (You can only purchase tickets for this section by applying at Bolton directly, I suppose...)

The reason their uefa cup game had less is because to get 69,901 they covert one of the stands to a terrace but they can't do it for UEFA cup/CL games so the capacity is 66,000.

I'm sure those of us who don't get a ticket will be able to find a bar to watch the game in. :drinks:
