No-one was sure what kind of manager SL would be until he was appointed. I accept though that he's paid to make those assessments.

What makes him a "football man" in your eyes. The only reason why Mr Davies doesn't run the club is for tax reasons. After a certain period of time in this country you get stung for the full tax rate.
