You would hope that Bayern will be too proud to be happy with scraping through with a draw in a group where they have underachieved to date.

But that's just talking. All they want is this all to be finished sooner so they can go to rest and forget about the first half of the season where they had problems in the Serbian league and the UEFA Cup. There was snow in the last period in Serbia, so many players got injured on the last matches and trainings. 4 players (including the 1st goalkeeper) are injured. 8 other players are doubtful as they complained on some small injuries after the last match and the last trainings.

So now Zvezda will travel to Portugal with only 19 players and some of them have small injuries and the coach will have big problems to choose the starting 11

Not much. Probably there will be some fans that leave across Europe, but there will not be many from Serbia. It all hinges on Bayern for me. I fully expect Braga to do the necessaries against RSB. The comments above by Jumbo confirm it.
