Parliament reopens today on a controversial note. The lefties have decided that they will apologise to the aboriginal population for past wrongs (and probably open up the taxpayers to massive compenstion claims). I received the following this morning entitled 'What Rudd should be saying'

We apologise for giving you doctors and free medical care which allow you to survive and multiply so that you can demand apologies.

We apologise for giving each and every member of your family $100 each plus free travel to attend an aboriginal funeral.

We apologise for developing oil wells and mineral deposits which were never previously used by you when you had no idea of their value.

 

We apologise for developing Ayers Rock and Kakadu and handing them over to you so that every tourist dollar is yours.

 

We apologise for allowing taxpayers money to pay for each of your daughters weddings at $8000 a time.

 

We apologise for giving you $1.7 billion per year for your 250,000 people which is $48,000 p. a. for every aboriginal man, woman and child.

 

We apologise for working hard to pay taxes to finance your welfare, medical care, education etc. to the tune of $1.2 billion per year.

 

We apologise for you having to approach the Aboriginal Affairs Department to verify the above figures and for the trouble you will have in identifying the fat cats in your own communities who are getting richer each year and leaving many of you living in squalor and poverty.

Did you read the same article in the Observer (or Times I forget which) at the weekend about that abbo runner, which had a great camel toe picture beside the article?

 

If you did, you didnt mention the other half of the article said which that it was just as likely for them to be taken away for their own benefit, thus removing them from brutalisation and abuse.

We haven't touched their dreamtime yet though, which is after all the real world.
