16 days in total (3 Macedonia, 3 Munich, 3 Belgrade, 4 Madrid, 3 Lisbon).

Unlimited holidays but work expeptionally long hours as and when workload dictates including weekends.

Live with partner and 2 children, one of which i try to take as often as possible. I do however have a very understanding partner.

Approximately ?2800 spent over the 5 trips. The trip is the reason for going and the comradare of everyone being together. I wouldnt swap them for the world, i've had some great times.

Just the 6 this year, not a big impact on my 33 days for this year.

1. Munich 3, Belgrade 1, Madrid 2, Lisbon 3 (Couldn't make Rabotnik)

2. None - But new Leave year 1st April its the first year I've never carried any days over to the next year.

3. Married (24 years), she knows how much this means to me, so understands why I do it. I never even asked about Lisbon, she correctly assumed I'd be going.

4. Not as much as you'd think. Against my better judgment I was persuaded to use Youth Hostels (I was wrong, they are excellent value for money - one in Madrid was superb) - Lisbon ?18 a night. Beer etc. I guess about ?200 a trip except for Belgrade which was tuppence hapenny.

 

Beer and Food you'd have to pay for this on an official trip, so with Lisbon to come I guess in total about ?300 more spent on beer and food so far, compared with if I'd done day trips. Considering Flights and digs for each trip has averaged out at ?150 it makes Belgrade (my only day trip) my most expensive.

Q1 and Q2: I'm self employed, therefore I have no holidays to start with. As long as I find some cover, all is well.

Q3. Married with children: the wife is very understanding: she realises we're all chasing the dream and that the next trip "will be the last, love!"

Q4. I reckon my total expenditure on attending every single Euro Away game (except Belgrade, where I did put my family first!) is less than ?500 in total max. Most trips are self-financing. My 3 day binge trips cost me less than an organised day trip would.

Anyone there until late Sat could head up to Leiria and watch Guimaraes win on Friday evening.

I only get 26 for the year 5 of which have to be taken between xmas and new year....

ok the skiing trip is a self imposed family trip for mi ma's 60th...

 

not my cup of tea....never done it would rather be on the algarve for another 5 days than on a hill in minus 20....

 

plus it's cost me nigh on ?700 for all the clothes the three of us will need....
