seems all the negatives on here were just that.

Twas mentioned in the Ticket thread early this morning.

But I think a few posted the same news a few days back, it seems the reports that we'd only sold 7k were wide of the mark.

Well, I have not renewed and have sent a mail to Gareth Moores regarding this. I am awaiting a response, albeit it I'm sure he will not agree with me. Maybe he will when he realises that the cheap offer cannot be sustained year on year and in their push to get new fans they've pissed off the old (and loyal) ones. As I have stated previously, I will go to every match but will not give them the money up front as they do not deserve it.

The cheaper seats weren't just open to new supporters were they? Or am I missing something?

No you're not BUT the cheaper seats were only open to folk in the North Stand, which is my annoyance at the club. The ?299 season ticket banners are there to reel in the new fans imho.

Save it S, wasting you time on here with posts like that.

No. Me and Junior have had STs in the WSL for the last 3 years, last year it cost (around) ?430.00. Moved to NSL this season, ?348.00. With prices being at worst held and in some areas reduced, I'm struggling to see what the club is doing wrong.

I was just saying like. Just to prove the point that I was not just whinging (as we do, I know) and then do nothing. I could've easily just not renewed and they never know why. If people don't like something then I think it is only right we tell the club about it. I'm not sure they'll really listen from past experience but I feel better for it.

My support for the team is still unwavering BUT my respect for the people who run it, unfortunately do not have it.

I agree.

People say they want a singing section. Club deliver.

People say tickets are too expensive. Club deliver.

I agree with what you are saying but others on here would do well working for New Labour, spinning, if we got Gary Glitter they'd find positives......

I agree.

Do you honestly think poeple want to go in the NSL to sing or to get cheap seats.

FFS.

Thing is Crew, I am usually in the postive camp which makes me think maybe I had a valid point, equal discounts across the board wasn't a radical idea imho. Happen I'm just on my own then.

Which is fine, if to fund the NSL they had increased prices elsewhere i could see your point.

Prices elsewhere have been held or reduced.

People on here have said they would have renewed at last yeras prices but hvae nt becuase they NSL has been made cheaper.

Now that I do not understand.

Renewed mine yesterday in ESL as usual :yahoo: Dont see what all the fuss is about :pardon:

Yes, I am in the category of "people on here" & I have just stated once again why:

equal discounts across the board wasn't a radical idea imho

The cost of your renewal ought to be determined by the number of seasons you have had it. Cap it after 5 years by all means.

Thing is, I really don't think the club could tell me how long I've been a season ticket holder for!

I agree with what you are saying but others on here would do well working for New Labour, spinning, if we got Gary Glitter they'd find positives......

And if the club offered free tickets, beer and a lift to the ground and back, AND signed Torres, Arshavin and Deco, some on here would still moan.....

Yes, I am in the category of "people on here" & I have just stated once again why:

i know why you have nt renewed, and respect that is your desicion.

i just do not understand the logic.

i pay what i think is right, i do not give fcuk what other people are paying.

they are paying less than me to sit somewhere i do not want to sit, for a shit view with idiots standing up and singing.

i am going to charge chief wiggum, baby wiggum and blakeley white ?1 every time i have to tlalk them through a goal scored at south end of the grround i will have ?9.50 by christmas. :drinks:

No, your not on your own. I think you have a valid point with equal discounts, didn't have to be much but I think it would have prompted more owd fans renewing if they had imo. For the record I've renewed, cause the lad wants to go, no other reason, I've got Sky Sports for him but the bugger wouldn't budge.

By the way, have they changed there adverts to "?299 but you have to go on a waiting list", have they fcuk.

I agree.

your missing a point it go's like this, people like me who have had a session ticket since the reebok opened have missed out on the singing stand they wanted cos every man and his dog want to sit there not because they want to sing and cheer on there club like i have for the last 10 years but because they are cheaper and all the moaners that have stayed away for last 2 session cos "we wasn't doing so well" (or what ever there pathecic excuse they have)have now got ?300 session tickets but me who has been at the reebok wind rain loose win or bomb treat get told its sold out. i bet you the north stand lower aka singing stand next year will be the shittest of them all cos they are all in there cos its cheap

rant over i bid you all a good day

You've amsued me! Yes you have a point, and may I now state ANYONE who's moved to NSL, do not even speak to me in Scotts postt/prematch, you are not worthy. That's you too Mounts, you povy get! :p

exisiting season ticket holders had priority for tickets in NSL ahead of non season ticket holders.

JSL.

I would hate facts to disrupt the flow of your logic.

Which other stand has been reduced..... :nea:

No point signing Torres he wont get a game unless Davies is injured
