Everton Game

Very good Enzo.

If you watch a replay of the footage you will see Jussi moves back on to the goal line and stands there without a care in the world. If he had remained in the original position he would have been in an ideal position.

Just saying like...

Watched the highlights last night. Fellaini trots past O'Brien, O'Brien lets him go, then moves back into the middle leaving Fellaini unmarked 2 yards behind him.

Someone should be screaming at O'Brien to pick him up, as he is marking fresh air at the time.

I've seen it. It wasn't his fault.

You could reasonably expect someone in the back four to stand near their tallest player in the last minute of a game.

That said, the nobbers who made the changes to the offside law have a lot to answer for.

Fellaini gained a significant advantage by being in an offside position in the first phase of play.

Mind you, Pienarr should have been given offside under any variation of the offside (save for the Watney Cup).

21 goals for Everton!

Everyone wants serious class, not everyone can get it.

You're dreaming if you think you have 15 very good Premier League players, too.

And this ?10m move back to Spain you're mooting would increase Arteta's chances of a Spain call-up markedly.

Our 1st 11, they are ALL very good prem players!!!

Surely you need a player who performs against the poor teams the most - there's only 8 games a season agains the class sides!

And if you have 15 class players then why have you let so many goals in?

Nah, last season and the season before. Its our lack of points against the big 4 that stops us pushing on.

Semi of the League cup, UEFA Cup, its the lack of a top draw, match winner, that stopped us going that bit further.

Liverpool have the best, Gerrard always pops up with that goal they need, as does Lampard at Chelsea, Rooney, Ronaldo, Scholes, Tevez at United. Fabregas, Van Persie at Arsenal.

In the summer we went all in for Moutinho, he could fit that bill, Arshavin was one the season before we were after.

One or 2 class players in our squad would push up ion that level above.

Our 1st 11, they are ALL very good prem players!!!

Bollocks! Change it to good and you may have a valid point. Phil Neville very good?

He is very good pro, and a great Captain, so that makes him a very good prem player in my book.

Lescott, Jegielka, Yobo, Neville, (Baines)

All very good players, internationals in most cases.

Peanuts ,Osman, Fellaini, Arteta, Cahill.

All very good, all quite young...lack of pace though.

Rodwell very promising as is Baxter.

Vaughan, Anichebe, Yakubu and Saha.

2 Exciting youngsters, 1 top striker, and 1 great experianced proven striker.

Oh, and not a bad keeper.

Very good, but lacking pace, and that extra bit of quality!

Everton are Shit

=D>

Well done Zozzy - raised a chuckle that.

I saw Everton play at Blackburn. They were wank then as well. Every bit as bad as Bolton for playing hoof ball.

I think our ladies team could beat us at the moment!!!!

Same as quite a few times this season, Obrien cant mark for shit and has cost us a fair few goals off crosses. His party piece is where he ends up marking Cahill instead of the attacking player. We do need a better partner for Cahill in January imo along with a striker.

He is very good pro, and a great Captain, so that makes him a very good prem player in my book.

Lescott has been dire of late. Only when Riga was instructed to stop getting forwards and wait for the opposition to attack did he get any breathing space.

Having now seen the goal, that's one of the worst pieces of defending I've ever seen.
