What happened was the wind blew the trousers away.

These trousers belong to Unn, Ooo and Eee aka The Tombliboos ( see below)

 

 

But the wind generated by the Pinky Ponk's propeller (see below) blew them back again.

 

 

So, Makka Pakka who was out pushing his Ogg-Pog (see below) kindly collected the trousers for the Tombliboos.
