C86 Posted May 17, 2009 Posted May 17, 2009 wasn't a foul didn't stop the whole hull mob baying for blood especially horton the fcuking shit It was that bad he didn't get booked.
HomerJay Posted May 17, 2009 Posted May 17, 2009 hard to see from t'other side, but should it even ahve been a free kick? bit like the handball which i thought hit basham flush in the face.
Casino Posted May 17, 2009 Author Posted May 17, 2009 from our white tinted view, it wasn't a foul not saying it didn't hurt their mon, but not a foul the behaviour of the hull mob was classless....like their manager
Guest Posted May 17, 2009 Posted May 17, 2009 from our white tinted view, it wasn't a foul not saying it didn't hurt their mon, but not a foul the behaviour of the hull mob was classless....like their manager saw him interviewed, he's aged big style over the last year or so. Does too much time on the sunbed do that?
TravellingWanderer Posted May 17, 2009 Posted May 17, 2009 The officials gave a throw until Brown came screaming out of his technical area
RayVon Posted May 17, 2009 Posted May 17, 2009 from our white tinted view, it wasn't a foul not saying it didn't hurt their mon, but not a foul the behaviour of the hull mob was classless....like their manager No wasnt a foul yes prob did hurt their mon but what did you expect from Brown come out shouting anything other than a Hull free kick!! Hes under pressure and wouldnt expect anything other than him appealing for anything and anything in his favour. After service he gave us I can give him forgive him looking out for his own interest at a challenge!!
Casino Posted May 17, 2009 Author Posted May 17, 2009 i have no problem with an appeal for a free kick, if they genuinely thought it was but, they did their very best to get davies sent off and if brown had any decency, he wouldn't do that to a bloke he knows as well as davies

RayVon Posted May 17, 2009 Posted May 17, 2009 Personally felt it was Horton who was giving the biggest appeal and at one point Brown told him to sit down!!
Casino Posted May 17, 2009 Author Posted May 17, 2009 wasn't that about 10 minutes later i thowt horton was gonna drop dead
RayVon Posted May 17, 2009 Posted May 17, 2009 Read this 10 times, still no idea, sorry Ray. Did you not get invovled in the Rioch appeal for everything campain? I hate managers/players who appeal for everything against us like Benitez etc but Brown appealing for 1 free kick against us when hes clearly desperate for a result, whilst I didnt think he was right I can have a little sympathy not want a public flogging of him!! I might be wrong but ive more time for Brown than someone like say Shearer!!!
YATESY Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 The officials seems to have been alot fairer with Davies this season. The fair but firm side of his game is now accepted and this is greatly supported by his lack of bookings this season. Just 4 bookings in 39 games this season.
Guest bwfcdan Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 In the Bowton News today it says Horton went into the referee's dressing room at half time to complain...Im sure your not allowed to do that

Davies said summat along the lines of "I heard they went into the ref at half time moaning that i was leading with the elbow. It just shows how desperate they are"
