Still on just the 5 channels then? Nobody who has Discovery can ever say there's nothing on . . . unless someone much higher up the foodchain has control of the remote!

Or not pushing enough buttons. The idea is, in my opinion, choose a subject and go straight there otherwise you tend to skip through channels and end up watching f?ck all. Most annoying is watching something until the 5 minute advert break and then channel hop to something else until the adverts. Thing is, you always seem to channel hop upwards, never down!

Well having watched three back to back comedys on BBC, Royle Family 7/10, Gav & Sta 6/10 and the old Nan 7/10. The best laugh was watching Black Adder earlier. 9/10.

Last year's Royle Family was absolutely dreadful: I thought it might have been a one-off, so I tried them again tonight: it was worse still.
