If he'd got himself onside it would have been. he was not far off but he did not put the effort in to make sure he was, he just strolled back these little things can win or lose you game.

Why do we want to emplot work horses? One manager mentions his work ethic and we all latch on to it. Build his endurance to last the duration and that will do for me.
