I dont think we're that bad of a side going fwd (up top and out wide). We're just woefully short in the middle of the pitch and at the back. Defenders and majority of the centre mids we've got are not up to it.

I agree, look at the difference M Davies made last night once he had gone off we had nothing in the middle of the park, so without M Davies and S Davis we've nobody to create and link up with the forwards, so we need a midfielder and a centre back, i think we're in need of two full backs as well because our two are costing us goals every week
January 21, 201016 yr if mark davies plays, then you MUST play 3 in centre mid and 1 up front. if you want 2 strikers on with 2 wingers then you must play 2 defensive centre mid. a centre mid that can attack and defend will cost millions. i think cohen is our closet player to this, hes not fantastic at either but the fact he can do both is why he is in the team. Worth trying 4 - 2 - 3 - 1 ?? two defensive midfielders to protect the back 4 - say muamba and mccann (I know his legs have gone and he cant pass 5 yds but he can still break up the play) top 3 being klasnic on the left, cohen central, LCY on the right SKD up top.
