IMO he was one of a few players who came through last season with his reputation in tact and didnt deserve to lose his place at the start of the season to Paul Robinson.

Heard a rumor that JLS was called a "Lazy B**** T***" by Mr Megson and a little fracas ensued. Hence his sudden disappearance from the side. Our most improved player last season and i too was surprised that Robinson replaced him at start of the season. I would have him above Robinson, Gardener and Ricketts at left back without question. Whilst I don't think he's the best left back at the club he's not as bad as everyone is making him out to be....perhaps he is a bit on the short side but he gets up and down the left flank okay. Perhaps everyone gets on his case because buying a left back just seemed like a complete waste of resources last summer when other areas needed strengthening.

If anyone plays, it's because OC thinks they are good enough as we have loads of options at LB. If people think they still know better, we are back to square one.
