Whites man Posted February 13, 2010 Posted February 13, 2010 I think you will find that Ken Dodd was acquitted. I hope he doesn't read this forum and decide to sue for libel. Legal types refer to "Liverpool juries", perhaps Ken Dodd and more recently Steven Gerrard got the benefit of one.

Barnstoneworth White Posted February 13, 2010 Posted February 13, 2010 Legal types refer to "Liverpool juries", perhaps Ken Dodd and more recently Steven Gerrard got the benefit of one. Correct. In a profesional capacity I recently met the bloke responsible for prosecuting Ken Dodd on the tax case. According to 'them that know' it was an 'unlosable case.'
