Frivolous must be a new term for being right, even if the FA still say your wrong wankers the lot of em. The FA would only rescind a ban in an extreme circumstance, e.g. mistaken identity. I lost all respect for them after the Ipswich game and nothing that has happened since will make me change my mind. We get a poor deal from refs and the Arsenals and Man Utds get most of the decisions including this laughable episode with Atkinson. It won't change.
