Never said he did mate.

 

However Elmander's believed in his own hype.He said he'd stay till the end of the season.Well that's very big of him.He got to 9 prem goals and thought he'd made it.I used to be a big fan of him even when fans were slagging him off.I went on Saturday and saw no effort at all.The lad has had no competition for his shirt so has rested on his laurels knowing he will play week in week out without any pressure or no matter what performance he has put on the pitch.

 

We're in a tricky position up front cos Elmander will/should go in the summer.SKD has given his best for the club but his age/legs have caught up with him.Maybe he has 1 more season in him so we need 2 new strikers going forward.

 

It just disappoints me that BWFC always go into the last couple of days of a transfer window struggling to get players into a barethread aquad.

 

If Cahill goes,we need another cb as well as a striker or 2 to gives us a goal threat.

I agree pav hasnt looked much good when ive seen him, hes a bit like a goal hanger but doesnt fucking score

 

6 mill plus pav is a fucking joke imo, i would tell them to get fucked.

FWIW Elmander works hard imo he just needs to toughen up, he is always getting knocked over. He never stops running so i dont see how he can be workshy.

His form to end of November has got him decent contrac t eleshwere now. He wont want to get injured as the blatanly wont be at our place next season. May be time to bench him

I'm in the camp of him not putting enough effort in. Granted he puts a lot of running in, but the fact he is beaten so often and doesn't look commited at all. Maybe it's just the way he appears. If so then he probably just isn't good enough. Where's his special pace burst gone as well? Looked quite dangerous a few times with that this season, but not seen it for a few weeks.
