Smiffs Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 Why are they posturing to one another via 2 lines of shitty herras fencing when the more direct route to each other would be over the 4 foot high wall next to the pitch? This confirms the male mentality of if there is something in front of you then it must either be removed or pissed against. There is no otther feasible solution whatsoever. Quote
Traf Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 But once they knocked the fence down, they still didn't do anything. Quote

C86 Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 Vid been removed on " Deva Chat ". because all weekend they have been saying Chorley where the instigators, the video tells the truth. It was handbags. Stoke the Reebok was worse. Seen bigger brawls on Deansgate Manchester on a Saturday. This video shows male dancing at its worst, just need some Benny Hill music to go with it. Defo a few early knocks and the judge will send them for a week on Strictly Come Dancing. Quote

I bumped into some Bolton lads on a stag-do in Chester on the day Leigh was in town, managed to drag a few down the Deva for the match. Some even turned up at Lancaster a few weeks later for a piss up, odd lot from Great Lever. Quote
C86 Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 Dont even think about treading on our toes, when you play Leigh Genesis. Coming to yours on the 19th, daft question, beer in the club pre-match? Quote
leigh white Posted February 21, 2011 Author Posted February 21, 2011 Coming to yours on the 19th, daft question, beer in the club pre-match? Dead right, your are very welcome in the Clubhouse. We never run out of ale when Chester landed. Quote
Leyther_Matt Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 I'm at the Leyth v Skem game next Saturday up Athy if anyone fancies it. Game has been switched to Skem because we're still sorting the drainage out at Costa del Crilly. And no injury time cock ups from Leyth tonight either, 2-0 win at Mossley. Top notch pie and peas there and all, even if I did manage to de-tour via Holmfirth on the way back. This is what happens when I'm without leighwhite acting as a pissed up SatNav! Quote

Skem getting a break there. They're playing well atm & could easily finish 2nd. Quote
Guest Biff Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 I read today that when Salford City played Atherton LR at Athy a dead rat was spotted behind the goal. Quote

athywhite1958 Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 Plastic pitch isn't it. As was the one at Cliftonville, they are a million miles better than they used to be Quote
Guest Biff Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 As was the one at Cliftonville, they are a million miles better than they used to be Aye but I don't think the one at Woodley is a 3G one like at Cliftonville which was very good. It was almost like the real thing. Quote

athywhite1958 Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 Athy Colls game is off due to a waterlogged pitch, a few of us are still going on to watch the Bolton game. Quote
peebles Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 Boro threw away a 2 0 lead to lose 3 2 to Clitheroe. Wind & the slope a huge factor though. ?1 a hot dog for the wee girl is good value. Decent pint of Holt's (smooth though). Quote

Quite a few on the Colls today, a lot of pubs in Athy had the Munich V Pieheads on, made for a good atmosphere on't Colls. Quote
leigh white Posted February 26, 2011 Author Posted February 26, 2011 Went Skem, decent first half then went pair shaped after, losing 4-0. Quote
