There seems to be more panic with them that us! As they are only allowed 1 ticket each, they are all saying that they have different catergories of fan memberships, so can't all sit together.

 

I feel for families thats quite harsh but what can the club do if for example dad; ST Holder, kid; Member, Mum; neither but wants to go....... would theoretically have to apply 3 times.

They are also grumbling that they cannot choose where they sit, and apparently neither can Utd/City. Someone on a Stoke forum has posted Wembley policy that seats will not be allocated or can be chosen, so they're all confused as to why we were able to.

The disabled supporter should automatically get a ticket for their carer as the carer goes free of charge.

 

 

The Club have received 100 wheelchair and personal assistant tickets which are available at ?30.00 each with the personal assistant going free of charge.

My point wasn't about the disabled supporter particularly but to highlight the Stoke ticketing system compared to our own.

United can only stipulate the price range. Goes into a ballot as oversubscribed.

If say you choose ?30 and they have sold them all, they automatically put you up to the next level.

Stoke are being told they aren't selling any tickets in the side sections nearest the segregation yet, because Wembley stipulate that if one team doesn't sell out and another requires more, they can extend the allocation from one team into another.

 

Which doesn't tie in with the fact we are selling tickets in block 527 , etc, as these are potentially the blocks that Stoke will get if we don't sell and Stoke need more.

 

As we don't actually see our tickets till they go out in a couple of weeks, do we 100% get the seats that are named in the booking confirmation, or can they shunt us around if they need to allocate Stoke more?

Doesn't make any sense IF it's a wheelchair ticket involved - for any event they always come with a carer ticket, as far as I've experienced ..... Reebok, Emirates, Guimaraes, Atletico, Sporting, Bayern, Davis Cup tennis, Wimbledon tennis, theatres .......

Even ambulant disabled is the same as far as I know.

Don't know about any other categories.

Our ticket office got to spot on by out sourcing to TicketMaster. They are the specialists and the systems we have in place have worked a treat.

 

It helps of course that we have an equal number of tickets as the other semi finalists but the lowest number of supporters

Well as the tickets are already being posted out, if I don't receive mine within the next week, I simply phone up and get it sorted. The tickets are being sent out by recorded delivery not ordinary post.
