He does look a bit too smug to be someone you can just take a natural liking to.

It was on't wireless recently 'bout him feeling let down by the board. His manner suggests he doesn't really give a toss and neither do the players. The last manager had similar problems. If he is to save his reputation (what's left of it)he should walk away then he's free to tell his side of things, and not be paid off to keep his trap shut.
