You had to book the coach seperate, from the club shop.

 

Talking to a bloke at work the other day, he didn't realise he had to book the coach so he rung the ticket office and was told that all the coaches were full and there's nothing they will can do.

That's a load of bollocks. Line on the website said "Free travel with the Official Travel Club is still available on production of your match tickets or confirmation of your match ticket booking if calling over the phone." Numb cunt ticket office.
