I know it's a long while off yet but for anyone that is interested in doing the game and staying over, Travelodge have a winter sale on.

 

Me and 5 others have booked in Newcaslte Central for ?65 which gets us two family rooms for two nights (Sunday and Monday). Bargain.

 

Game is on a bank holiday Monday so we're going to make a weekend of it.

 

p.s do I need to take my Binoculars ?

Just booked 6 of us in some shithole for ?75. Two Newcastle fans with us.

Hope the game is Monday as Newcastle are playing in Europe* 48 hours earlier.

 

Sadly the Swansea v Newcastle match is now on Good Friday (for TV!), so despite the travel Newcastle have an extra day of rest.

Not sure about this one; the others have booked for the night and got their tickets.

 

Its a long way for Bank Holiday Monday from Worcestershire BUT I still fancy going.

 

Probably make my mind up last thing but will tickets be available on the day of the game? Anybody know; and I dont want to ring the ticket office

We managed to get one in the away end from their ticket office on the day of the game last year.

I'll be absolutely wankered, so aslong as we get the Jap lad's song going i'll have a great time.

Dont forget your oxygen masks - specially if you are near the back of the stand - dont think I have ever been that high up without a parachute

Make sure you get to the ground about an hour early if you want to watch the start.
